Question 1

Why is the contact form the only way to reach you?

Accepted Answer

Routing everything through one form means every message is logged in our queue and tagged with the right inquiry type, so no report gets lost in a personal inbox or social DM. Aman Singh, the founder, reads every message, and we reply to every message within 48 hours.

Question 2

How do I report a correction or factual error?

Accepted Answer

Pick "Report a correction or out-of-date detail" as the inquiry type, then include the article URL, the specific statement you believe is wrong, and the correct information with a source we can verify. We reply within 48 hours and fix confirmed errors within 7 business days. Errors that could affect someone's safety are fixed first, as soon as we confirm them.

Question 3

How do I report an accessibility barrier?

Accepted Answer

Pick "Accessibility barrier or feedback" as the inquiry type. Include the page URL, the assistive technology and browser you were using if possible, and what you were trying to do. We reply within 48 hours and provide a resolution or remediation timeline within 15 business days.

Question 4

How do I exercise a privacy right (CCPA / CPRA)?

Accepted Answer

Pick "Privacy or data request" as the inquiry type and tell us which right you're exercising - access, deletion, do-not-sell, or another data request - along with the email address you used with us. We reply within 48 hours and complete verified privacy requests within 45 days, as required under CCPA / CPRA.

Question 5

Can I suggest a mower or topic to cover?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick "Suggest a guide or topic" and tell us which mower, brand, or question you'd like us to add. We reply within 48 hours. We prioritize coverage based on reader demand - if multiple readers ask for the same mower or topic, it moves to the top of our queue.

Question 6

Do you accept sponsored content or paid placements?

Accepted Answer

We sell a Sponsored Post and a Sidebar Display Slot directly to brands. Both are always labeled, and our Sponsorship Policy explains the rules. We never accept payment to change which mowers land in a ranking, to alter a test result, or to influence the editorial content of an article.

Question 7

Can I republish or quote your guides?

Accepted Answer

You can quote short excerpts with a link back to the original guide. For full republishing or syndication, pick "Press, partnership, or republishing" as the inquiry type and we'll reply within 48 hours to discuss terms.
